YAOI-CON 2011 DATE & REG ANNOUNCEMENT!
Join us for another fun-filled three days of pretty boys and clean wholesome fun! (Don’t worry, we’re totally lying about the clean and wholesome part.) This year, the festivities will be held from October 21-23, but even though it’s a week before Halloween, we still expect to see you in your cosplay best. No hiding your inner otaku this year -– be there or be square!
LIKE A MAN IN UNIFORM? SO DOES YAOI-CON’S GUEST OF HONOR!
All’s fair in love and war, and no one knows that better than Guest of Honor, Fusanosuke Inariya! She’s the artist behind the delicious war-time tale, of loyalty and lust, Maiden Rose. Please join us in welcoming her and showing her some good, old-fashion fangirl (or boy) hospitality!

YAOI-CON LENDS A HELPING HAND
Japan holds a special place in our hearts, and is the source of many of our passions. Now the Japanese need our help, and we’re ready to give our all to help support our friends across the Pacific during this crisis. Yaoi-Con raised nearly $3,000 in two special auctions, and we plan to resume our regular auction schedule this week, with a portion of all proceeds going to relief efforts. If you are interested in helping out,we are accepting donations of handcrafts and anime/manga goods to auction. For complete information, please see our auction site.
NOTE: This week’s auctions will be up late tonight (Wednesday, March 30th).
COME HANG OUT WITH US AT SAKURA-CON!
Yaoi-Con is heading north to the Pacific Northwest! We will be at Sakura-Con from April 22-24 at the Washington State Convention Center. Come find us in the Dealers’ Room where we’ll gladly take your good cheer, registrations and gifts of coffee (it’s a long drive up the coast!). We’ll be sharing booths 731, 729 and 727 with Guilt | Pleasure (friend of the con Jo Chen is a GoH at Sakura-Con!).
